These terms apply to promotional prize draws operated by Samaxia Ltd unless specific terms are provided for an individual promotion.
The promoter is Samaxia Ltd (“Samaxia”).
Samaxia prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over who meet any additional eligibility requirements stated on the relevant entry form or promotional material.
Where a prize draw is promoted specifically at a veterinary conference, exhibition or professional event, entry may be restricted to attendees and/or veterinary professionals as stated for that particular draw.
Employees of Samaxia Ltd and members of their immediate household are not eligible to enter.
Unless otherwise stated, entry is made by scanning the Samaxia competition QR code or following the relevant online entry link and submitting the requested details.
No purchase is necessary.
Only one entry per person per individual prize draw will be accepted unless otherwise stated.
Samaxia may use the same competition entry form and QR code at multiple conferences, exhibitions, events and promotional activities.
The opening and closing date applicable to each individual prize draw will be displayed on the entry form, event material or other associated promotional communication.
Entries received outside the applicable promotional period may instead be included in the next available prize draw where this is made clear to the entrant.
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion, the prize is:

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Samaxia reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable prize draw period.
The draw will take place within a reasonable period following the advertised closing date.
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided on their entry.
The winner may be required to confirm their eligibility and provide any information reasonably required to deliver the prize.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, Samaxia reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
You do not need to agree to receive marketing communications from Samaxia to enter or win a prize draw.
Where entrants are offered the opportunity to receive Samaxia news, educational information, product updates or offers, this will be presented as a separate optional choice.
Choosing not to receive marketing communications will not affect your entry or your chance of winning.
Personal information submitted as part of a prize draw will be processed in accordance with the Samaxia Privacy Policy.
Information collected for administration of a prize draw will be used to administer entries, select and contact the winner and provide the prize.

Samaxia reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted using automated methods or otherwise breach these Terms & Conditions.
If circumstances outside Samaxia's reasonable control affect the fair or proper operation of a prize draw, Samaxia may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Samaxia's decision in relation to the administration of the prize draw is final, subject to applicable law.
